Description: The Prophet (S) said, 'Allah's wrath is indeed severe on the married woman who fulfils her desires through any other man apart from her husband or looks lustfully at anyone other than her unmarriageable kin [i.e. husband], upon which Allah thwarts every single good deed she has ever committed. And if she welcomes anyone other than her husband in his bed, Allah will rightfully burn her in the Fire after He has chastised her in her grave.’
رسولُ اللّٰهِِ (صَلَّيَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): اِشتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللّهِ عزّوجلّ عَلَي امرأةٍ ذاتِ بَعلٍ مَلَأتْ عَينَها مِن غَيرِ زَوجِها أو غَيرِ ذِي مَحرَمٍ مِنها ، فإنّها إن فَعَلَتْ ذلكَ أحبَطَ اللّهُ كُلَّ عَمَلٍ عَمِلَتهُ ، فإن أوطَأتْ فِراشَهُ غَيرَهُ كانَ حَقّاً عَلَياللّهِ أنيُحرِقَها بِالنارِ بعدَ أن يُعَذِّبَها في قَبرِها.

Description: Imam Ali (a.s.) said, 'A man who is possessive [over his own wife] will never commit adultery.’
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): ما زَني غَيُورٌ قَطُّ.

Description: Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) said, 'The one to face the severest punishment on the Day of Resurrection will be the man who deposited his sperm in a womb that was forbidden to him.’
Description: Imam Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) said, 'Fornication has been prohibited due to the corruption it engenders, from murder to illegitimacy to ill-breeding of children to broken lineages and all sorts of other social ills.’
Description: The Prophet (S) said, 'O Ali, there are six consequences that result from fornication, three of which are in this world and three in the Hereafter. In this world, it takes away one's beauty, hastens one's death and cuts off one's sustenance. In the Hereafter, it results in an evil reckoning, solicits the indignation of the Merciful Himself and makes one deserving of eternity in the Fire.’
رسولُ اللّٰهِِ (صَلَّيَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): يا عليُّ في الزِّنا سِتُّ خِصالٍ: ثلاثٌ مِنها فيالدنيا وثلاثٌ في الآخِرَةِ ، فأمّا التي في الدنيا فَيَذهَبُ بالبَهاءِ ، ويُعَجِّلُ الفَناءَ ، ويَقطَعُ الرِّزقَ ، وأمّا التي في الآخِرَةِ فَسُوءُ الحِسابِ ، وسَخَطُ الرحمنِ ، والخُلُودُ في النارِ.

Description: Imam Ali (a.s.) said, 'Fornication brings about poverty.’
Description: Imam al-Baqir (a.s.) said, 'We found written in the book of the Prophet (S), 'If fornication prevails after my death, incidences of sudden death will increase.’
Description: Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) said, 'When fornication becomes widespread earthquakes occur as an upshot.’
الإمامُ الصّادقُ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ): إذا فَشا الزِّنا ظَهَرَتِ الزَّلازِلُ.

Description: The Prophet (S) said, 'Every breath of man has its share in fornication which he is inevitably aware of at the time. The fornication of the eye is to look [at that which is forbidden to it], and the fornication of the foot is to walk [to where it is forbidden for it], and for the ear to listen [to that which is forbidden].
