Description: Imam al-Sadiq (a.s.) said, 'Every building exceeding the bounds of sufficiency will be a dire curse on its owner on the Day of Resurrection.’

Description: The Prophet (S) said, 'Whoever sells a house and does not invest the money in something of similar value will not be blessed in it [his money].’
رسولُ اللّٰهِِ (صَلَّيَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): مَن باعَ داراً ثُمّ لم يَجعَلْ ثَمَنَها في مِثلِها لَم يُبارَكْ لَهُ فيها .

Description: The Prophet (S) said, 'Whoever from among you sells a house or some real estate, then let him bear in mind that the money acquired is not worthy of being blessed unless he invests it in something of similar value.’
رسولُ اللّٰهِ (صَلَّيَ اللّٰهُ عَلَيهِ وَ آلِهِ): مَن باعَ مِنكم داراً أو عَقاراً ، فَلْيَعلَمْ أ نَّهُ مالٌ قَمَنٌ أن لا يُبارَكَ لَهُ فيهِ إلّا أن يَجعَلَهُ في مِثلِهِ.
